Who We Are
“Dusty has been working with Brighter Way Institute for 2 years. Our non-profit dental centers provide comprehensive oral healthcare to Veterans, the Homeless, and working poor families. Dusty's unique skill sets have been instrumental in the success of our program to provide implant-based restorations to our patients. Dusty combines an immense work ethic, keen technical skills, and an empathetic and kind demeanor. These impressive attributes have earned Dusty the respect of our general practitioners, surgeons, and staff. However, most importantly, Dusty’s presence in the clinic has boosted patient morale at the same time he is designing products that will change their lives.”

“Dusty Laizure is a person with big goals and aspirations, with the capability of growing and learning whatever he wants. He is a very polite, educated, and an intelligent person.”
- Roberto Granados, DDS
“Dusty Laizure has job shadowed as a dental technician apprentice (intern) at NDX Continental since October 2015 through January of 2020. Initially, he impressed us with how quickly he learned and that his manual dexterity was exceptional. He was able to produce quality work with minimal training and began outperforming technicians that had much longer experience. Eager to learn as much as he could, we began training him in all of the steps for fabricating a crown from start to finish. Dusty possesses a work ethic rarely seen. No matter if we asked him to take out the trash or work in CAD/CAM, Dusty would jump in and get the job done. Although I always knew Dusty had higher aspirations, I often wished he wanted to be a dental technician as he has the aptitude, desire and skill set.”
-Jerry Schiefelbein , General Manager, Continental
“I have over 10 years of Dental experience and I’ve worked with many people. Dusty is a person who stands out. I’ve known him for 2 years and during that time, Dusty has been ambitious, detail oriented, and a fast learner. Moreover, he is determined and very mature for his young age. It’s not just his technical skills that impress me, it was his amazingly positive attitude.”

I graduated Grand Canyon University with a degree in Business Management with plans to attend Dental School. Dentistry has become my passion with a focus on digitalizing the industry.
I started my journey during my senior year of high school when I got my first internship at Continental Dental Laboratory in Phoenix Arizona. I prioritized my time on general terminology as well as hands on work such as pouring models, milling zirconia crowns, and finishing.
Digital design was a major interest to me after my first two years at Continental which is when I spent time at FullContour’s design center in Costa Rica learning how to design posterior single and multi-unit crowns. By the time I returned to the states I started to design for Continental.
I started to volunteer at Brighterway Institute which is a clinic that provides dental work for the underserved as well as veterans. I have overlooked surgeries such as extractions, implant placements, All on 4’s, GBR’s, Sinus lifts and much more. I started to gain interest in Surgical Guides due to the importance and accuracy of pre planning the surgery. I decided to spend more time at FullContour’s design center in Costa Rica focusing on Implant Planning using 3Shape software. After many long days I started to gain knowledge on Implantology as well as learning how to read CBCT scans and creating the surgical guides. When I returned home, I implemented surgical guides into the Brighterway workflow. Digital Dentistry is taking over the industry which is why my passion has grown throughout the years to create more accurate, money saving and time saving workflows for doctors all around the globe.
